Ray&Assoc.,Inc.--Vicky Castegren--Three Springs LLC Good Afternoon Gwen, I have reviewed the plats for Three Springs Subdivision and find that the entrance off Beckoning Ridge Road will serve Parcel 2 T.M. 59-29B and 59-29C with an existing entrance already in place that is approved for use as is. Parcel 2A and Parcel 2B does have approved locations for entrances and a Land Use Permit for theses entrances will need to be obtained prior to construction of these entrances to serve these lots. If there should be any questions or concerns please let me know.
