It appears the lots had an official determination conducted on them back in 2004, I utilized this doiment to create the following note to track the development rights associated with each lot. Please provide the following notes on the plat: "Parcel B-1 is assigned 1 development right and may not be further divided. Lot D1 is assigned 1 development right and may not be further divided. Lot D2 is assigned 3 development rights and may not be further divided. Lot D3 is assigned 3 development rights and may not be further divided." Also, on sheet 1 assure a note is added that states something to the affect: "An Official Determination of Development Rights was performed for the parcels on September 15, 2004 by the Zoning Administrator." Also, assure your phone number is correctly listed on the plat, currently 434-971-8339 is listed; however, when called the number is no longer in service. Thanks Christopher P. On the plat, note#13: "None of the lots created by this plat may be further divided. " does not conform to the County's development right requirements, being it does not provide any reference to how many DRs are available for each lot. I'm going to try and do the research on these lots and hope to have something for you soon. Once the research is complete the note will need to be revised on the plat. This shall happen prior to approval of the plat.
