Gwen,
I have reviewed this plat and have only one mino comment. The most recent DB provided for both Lots A&C appears
to have a typo, it lists`DB 444'when it should be `1 : 4444'. We also recommend that the private street maintenance
agreement be revised to reflect this new plat/lot co iguration, but it is not required for plat approval. It's fine to
include the minor revision when you submi for coun signature unless you want me to review it again before you get
owner signatures. Please feel free to con act me if you ave any questions,concerns, or need further clarification.
