I have reviewed the Rural Division plat for Cobham Park and find that Parcel B has an approved driveway location for
private use and full commercial access use if and when needed. Parcel C has an existing entrance that is approved for
continued use along with the main residence property. If you should have any concerns or questions please let me
know.
