Gwen,
I have received the Health Department approvals for both Step 1 (S :2014-158 Final) and
Step 2 (SUB2014-157_BLA) .
Lets move forward in the process and approve Step 1 and get at submitted w/ signatures for
approval, once its submitted then it'll need to be recorde• .
Once step 1 is complete and recorded, let's get step 2 ipdated with most recent DB page #s,
get owner signatures, and then submitted for approval, and subsequent recordation.

Thanks for your comments on this project.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated October 15, 2014.
1. Existing or platted street. Gordonsville Road and Louisa Road have been added to the
plat.
2. The tax map reference for Rebecca West has been corrected to reflect T.M.
65-11A2.
3. Note G has been revised to remove a setback notation from the 30' Private Access Easement.
It is not required.
4. Please let us know when you have heard from the Health Department.
5. A revised date (October 16, 2014) has been added to the plat.
I have copied the owner on this email so that he will know the status of the project.
Once this plat is approved and recorded in the Clerk's G Tice, we will complete the Boundary
Line Adjustment Plat.
