Gibson Melody, Two comments on the revised plat. Minimum yards—I do not see a note about minimum yards on plat. Minimum yards for RA are as follows: Front(existing public roads): 75' Front(internal public or private road): 25' Side: 25' Rear: 35' Development Rights note—The aggregate acreage devoted to lots utilizing development rights shall not exceed 31 acres (Sec 18-10.3.1). Assign maximum acreages for each parcel's use of development rights with the aggregate not exceeding 31 acres. For example, 12.4 acres for parcel 8-50 and 18.6 acres for lot 1. Amend note to fit the following format: Parcel 8-50 is assigned 2 development rights and may be further divided and when further divided these rights shall not comprise more than [number] acres. Lot 1 is retaining 3 development right s and when further divided shall not consist of more than [number] acres." Let me know if you have any questions.
