As this was originally submitted, there would be 0% illumination. The second drawing would be illuminated just around the letters and logo. We would back surface print just the green and purples, then front surface paint the white with a slight offset around the letters and logo to allow light to pass through, giving them a glow. We will offset the mask around the art so there is a glow around just the art, but the white will remain dark. Given the size of each sign, the paint masks will add $800 to the total price.
