If I need to go back and the mark is worn off I can go back and repaint it. Just let me know. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) Planning 11. [General Comment] On Sheet 2,please use arrows to better illustrate the location of the spring and the corner of the spring. A. [Section 14-302(A)(4)] On Sheet 2,please add the names of the joint owners of the spring and add a description for"ADB"and"GDB"under the legend. A. [Section 14-302(A)(9)] On Sheet 1,please add a note that states each parcel contains a building site that complies with Section 4.2.1 of the Zoning Ordinance. 4. [Section 14-302(A)(10)] The creation of a lot less than 21 acres requires at least one development right. On Sheet 1,please revise this note to read that Parcel A is assigned 1 development right and may not be further divided. The residue retains 4 developments rights and may be further divided and when further divided they shall not consist of more than 17 acres. /5.
