Bryan,
Very minor comments on this application below.
1. Section 14-302(a)(4)—Please label the width and add the name"Foxhaven Farm"to the gravel road shown on
Sheet 2.
2. Section 14-302(a)(9)—On Sheet 1, please change Note 3 to indicate that Parcel 13A also contains a building site
that complies with Section 4.2.1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
3. Section 14-302(a)(10)—On Sheet 1, please remove the portion of Note 4 that mentions development rights.
4. Section 14-302(b)(5)—On Sheet 1, please add a note to indicate that this property also lies in the Airport Impact
(Al) overlay district.
5. Section 14-303(0)—On Sheet 1, please add a signature panel for the Albemarle County Subdivision Agent.
I would like to confirm with Zoning the location of the front, side and rear setbacks on Parcel 13A. I think Stewart has
already reviewed it, but I'll confirm tomorrow and let you know.

Albemarle County will be working tomorrow and I plan to provide comments to Bryan then.
In most cases,the surveyor revises and resubmits the plat for another review(or reviews) before the final version is
signed by the property owners and submitted for signature by the County's Subdivision Agent.

Since there are so many moving parts on this project, it would help me if I could confirm with you that I
am coordinating with the right people on the county side for the various aspects. I've got a few questions
for some of the items below:
• Boundary Line adjustment
o Who is the reviewer?
o Did the 21 day window start last Tuesday (10/21) when the plat was distributed?
• Sanitary
o We are working with ACSA
• Water Service
o We are working with Health Dept
o Exemption filed with Rebecca Ragsdale last week to proceed with well service in lieu of
public water service
o How long does it take to obtain approval of exemption?
• Building permit
o Issued by Stewart Wright(?)
o Awaiting approval of boundary line adjustment
o Awaiting exemption of public water service
o I have not heard that sanitary is holding up release of the permit, but can you confirm?

Todd,
I am not reviewing this application. It was received Thursday, and will be distributed today to a planner and you should
have comments within 21 days. So, I would hold off on getting signatures on the plat until you hear from the planner
that the plat can be signed and brought in for signature from the county. As soon as the county signs the plat you can
then take it to the Clerk's office and record it. Once recorded please provide a copy back to Stewart Wright so that it
can be put in the building permit for the house that currently has the property line going thought it.

I spoke with Stewart Wright and he is fine with the plat for the BLA being submitted. I have seen that you have
submitted the BLA. If all other part of the building permit can be approved then the permit can be issued without
approval of the BLA but the final CO will not be granted until the BLA is approved and the plat is recorded.
