Thanks for your comment on the Bass project.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the plat.
We have revised the plat to reflect a new easement to Virginia Outdoors Foundation that has been
recorded in D.B. 4544-118.
(listed under the land use notes and general notes #5)
We have also added a new 30' Private Access Easement over the existing gravel road (Farm Vista
Road).
The GIS is incorrect in showing Farm Vista Road as State Route 606.
It is a private road.
Once you have had a chance to review the revised plat, please let us know if it is ready for owners
signatures.
