Commissioner January 30,2015 Ms. Ellie Carter Ray Senior Planner County of Albemarle Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 Re: SUB-2014-00210& SUB-201-00211 Riverside Village Boundary Line Adjustment Dear Ms. Ray: We have reviewed the boundary line adjustment plats for Tax Map Parcel 78-58 and Tax Map 78B, Parcels((1))-101, ((1))-102,((1))-103, ((1))-104,((1))-105,((1))-106, ((1))-201, ((1))-202, ((1))-301,((1))-302,and((1))-303 dated December 3 and 4,2014 with revisions dated January 8, 2015 as submitted by Roger Ray&Associates. These plats require approval from the VDOT regional right-of-way section and has been forwarded to them for review. They are currently working with the design engineer to get the deed and plat into the appropriate format/language that is acceptable to the Commonwealth. All other condo"parcels" have been included, so it seems that this one should be as well. It should be added to both the title and owner information. Engineering has also completed their review and has no objection. I am awaiting VDOT and Zoning review and will forward their comments, if any, once received.
