I have reviewed the existing new entrance on Route 794 and find the sight distance to meet the minimum sight
distance requirements for a private entrance to serve these two lots.The entrance conforms to minimum VDOT
specifications for a private entrance as well and is approved for use. If there are any concerns or questions
please let me know.
