[14- 302(B)2] Name of plat preparer. The seal of the plat preparer must be added to the plat before final approval. 2. [14- 302(A)1] Name of subdivision. Please add "Garth" to the title. 3. [10.4] Area and bulk regulations. The front setback in RA is 75'. Please change all front setbacks to a minimum of 75'. 4. [4.11.2b] Accessory structures in required yards. Please confirm that the frame barn is at least 6' from the rear property line as is required by the Ordinance. 5. [14- 308.1] Groundwater assessment information. Pending. 6. [14 -310] Health Department approval of wells and /or septic systems. Pending. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14- 229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
