I called Kurt Gloeckner to let him know that this type of division is not allowed on a parcel within the ag- forestal district
(see Scott's comments )_ The district is up for review prior to September 4th of this year, so I suggested that he or his
client contact Scott to get information on how to remove the parcel and what the ramifications might be_ I told him that
once they speak with Scott, they should let me know if they want to withdraw this application. or if they want to defer it
until after the parcel is removed from the ag -for district_

This parcel is included in the Keswick Agricultural /Forestal District_ Section 3 -202 of the County Code specifies which
subdivisions are permitted in these districts:
* The proposed development is the proposed division of the parcel either by subdivision or rural dMsion and the minimum
lot size of such dMsion is twenty -one (21) acres or greater;
* The proposed development is the proposed division of the parcel by family division;
As this division would create a three -acre lot and is not a family division, the division is not permitted.
