The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)(10)&18-10.3.1] Right of further division of proposed lots. It appears that TMP34 -63 was
subdivided in 2004 (DB2849 PG744) giving TMP 34 -63 one remaining development right and TMP34 -63B
one remaining development right. Please revise note B to indicate that TMP34 -63 retains one remaining
development right and cannot be further divided and TMP34 -63B retains one reaming development right
and cannot be further divided.
