[14- 302(A)(4)] Label Wiley Drive and Worthington Drive as private streets. 2. [14- 302(A)(4)] Provide dimensions of waterline easement. 3. [14- 302(8)(5)] The setback information on the plat does not match previous plat (DB 751 PG 462). The 1982 plat shows the front setback as 25' and building separation is listed as 30'. Has this since changed? Please revise or provide source of current setbacks. 4. [Comment] What is the reason for the note stating that parcels shown herein cannot be further developed?
