Coincidentally, building "D" which you noted as a dwelling does not have an address. Real estate records aren't always correct, but this could be an issue because the setbacks wouldn't work. Looking back at an old plat, I can see that the large frame building was previously noted as a barn, but it looks like it has significantly changed in size since that time. As long as that building is not a dwelling unit in any way, this plat is approvable once we get VDH approval.
