I have no objections to the final site plan. All comments have been addressed.
Final Site Plan:
1. [Comment] Provide ADT on C -001.

[Comment] All topography should be field verified by designer within the last year. Provide date
and source of topographic information.

3. [Comment] On sheet C -201, show new tree line and sight distance at entrance to verify sight
distance requirements are met.

4. [Comment] Provide a 20' travelway instead of 14' travelway.
[Revision 1] Comment not addressed. We discussed putting a sign for employees only.
[Revision 2] Comment addressed.
5. [Comment] The existing sanitary easements shall be provided with the deed book reference.

6. [Comment] Proposed topography should be at a minimum of 2' contour intervals. Please show 2'

handrail appears to be missing the footing.

show the correct limits of grading and limits of disturbance.

16. Please remove VRRM info on site plan.
