All comments have been addressed. Final Site Plan: 1. [Comment] Provide ADT on C -001. [Revision 11 Comment addressed. [Comment] All topography should be field verified by designer within the last year. Provide date and source of topographic information. [Revision 11 Comment addressed. 3. [Comment] On sheet C -201, show new tree line and sight distance at entrance to verify sight distance requirements are met. [Revision 11 Comment addressed. 4. [Comment] Provide a 20' travelway instead of 14' travelway. [Revision 1] Comment not addressed. We discussed putting a sign for employees only. [Revision 2] Comment addressed. 5.
