In order for the amended site plan to be approved the following revisions are required: 1. [Comment] This application is now being processed as a Minor Amendment; revise the cover sheet to replace `major' with `minor'. Rev1: Comment not fully addressed. Replace "SDP201500013" (the current application) with "SDP199300001" (the site plan that's being amended) in the title. 2. [Comment] Provide a list of all proposed changes on the Cover Sheet. Rev1: Comment addressed. 3. [32.5.2(a)] Add Entrance Corridor (EC) to the Zoning note. Rev1: Comment addressed. 4. [32.5.2(a)] Add a note indicating the source of the topography and boundary information. Rev1: Comment addressed. 5. [32.5.2(d)] This property includes several areas of Managed Steep Slopes. Show all steep slope areas and label accordingly. Rev1: Comment addressed. 6. [32.5.2(1)] Label the access road to this site, indicate if it is public or private, and provide its right -of- way and pavement widths. Rev1: Comment addressed. 7. [32.5.26,k,l)] Verify that the location(s) and dimensions of all existing or proposed utilities and utility easements including water, sewer, drainage, telephone, cable, electric and gas are shown on the plan. Provide the Deed Book and Page reference for any existing easements. Any proposed easements should be labeled with the intended owner. Rev1: Comment addressed. 8. [32.5.2(n)] Clarify the location of, and dimension, the proposed fuel canopy on the site plan sheet. Rev1: Comment addressed. 9. [32.5.2(n)] Dimension the access aisles around the proposed fuel pumps. Rev1: Comment addressed. 10. [32.5.2(n)] Dimension the areas of demolished asphalt and concrete and the replacement areas, if different. Rev1: Comment addressed. 11. [32.5.2(n) & 5.1.20(b)] All fuel storage tanks in excess of 600 gallons, and their associated loading areas, must be at least 100' from all property lines. Provide dimensions on the site plan sheet to verify that this requirement is satisfied. Rev1: Comment addressed. 12. [32.6.2(k) & 4.17] Clarify which fixtures shown on the lighting plan are existing and which are proposed. Rev1: Comment addressed. 13. [32.6.2(k) & 4.17] For all proposed fixtures, provide a luminaire schedule listing the number of each fixture proposed along with the manufacturer's catalog number. The cutsheets must include manufacturer information and match the catalog number listed in the luminaire schedule. Rev1: Comment not fully addressed. The fixture count provided for fixture A4 in the luminaire schedule appears to be incorrect; the schedule lists 8 but there are 9 shown on the plan, please verify and revise. The Model # for fixture B is inconsistent between the cut -sheet and the luminaire schedule; the model #s must match. Two wall- mounted fixtures on the warehouse building are not clearly labeled; provide the appropriate label or indicate that the "D" label applies to more than one fixture, if that's the case. 14. [32.6.2(k) & 4.17] Verify that the photometric plan includes all existing and proposed lighting. Rev1: Comment addressed. 15.
