The project will consist of the installation of a new standby electric generator for an existing potable water pump station. Landscape screening will be provided along the northern side of the property to provide a visual screening from Ivy Road with the placement of Four(4) Nelly Stevens Hollies and three(3)American Hollies. The plants will be staggered and will have a minimum height of 4 feet. The generator is approximately 4'wide, 13' long, and 10'tall and will be placed on a concrete pad.
