Engineering has completed the review for application SDP201400072.
1) State the date of topo on title sheet. All topo should be at least visually field verified by
designer within the last year per section 18- 32.6.6.
Comment addressed.
2) The travelway to the entrance appears to be better suited for one way. Also, the
width only meets our one way travel width. Please clarify and label as one way.
Comment addressed.
3) The parking spaces show spot elevations that appear to be the bottom of curb: 628.12,
627.48, and 626.41. Please label as bottom of curb or show top of curb elevations to
be consistent with plan.
Comment addressed.
4) There is a 698.28 top of wall elevation that appears to be an error. Please revise to
629.28.
Comment addressed.
5) Place a spot elevation where the landing meets sidewalk. This is near a curb ramp with
elevation 628.79. Also ensure a 5% maximum longitudinal grade for the sidewalk in
this area.
Applicant responded with spot elevation added. Please revise the 628.22 elevation.
There appears to be a slight error.
Comment addressed.
6) The cross slope for sidewalk at 628 contour should be 1% to 2 %. Please revise.
Comment addressed.
7) Please change the stair rise to 7" and not 10 ".
Comment addressed. Stairs are 7 ".
8) If the bldg is still operational, show a safe route for pedestrians to bldg when construction
begins.
Comment addressed.
New Comment:
9) Please remove all E &S and all SWM plans from the site plan: C3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 6.0 and 6.1.
Please note removal of the E &S sheets will impact the conservation plan. Tree protection
from E &S should also be shown on the landscaping plan. Discuss with planning.
Sincerely,
