RWSA has reviewed the revised final site plan for the Lofts at Meadow Creek, as prepared by WW Associates and
submitted to RWSA via email dated 5/29/2015 (attached) which addresses my comment below. As such, RWSA consents
to the proposed construction. All changes to the proposed work from that shown in the drawings shall be approved by
RWSA in writing prior to construction.

RWSA has reviewed the final site plan for the Lofts at Meadow Creek as prepared by WW & Associates and dated
9/30/2014 with last revision dated 5/1/2015 and has only the following comment:
Sheet C -6:
Revise label on the water tap location to an 18" x 8" tapping sleeve and valve (the existing label calls out an 8" x
8" tapping sleeve).
As stated previously in my email dated 4/2/2015 (attached), RWSA has no further comments on the plat.
Please let me know if you have any questions or require any additional information.

Alex from your last round of comments (see below March 27th email) on this plat you had
provided the following comment: "Once those are complete we will review the "updated" deed
which will reference the new plat. " Have you received a revised deed from the applicant? If not,
should I request the revised deed or will you handle this item with the applicant?

On 3 -24 -15 I sent you a hard copy of the attached plat for your consideration which provides for a New ACSA
Waterline Easement. Today the applicant sent me a draft deed associated with that new easement. I believe
ACSA should review both documents and provide their review /approval prior to County approval of the plat.

Chris, attached for review and approval are draft deeds to be recorded in connection with the easement /boundary line
adjustment plat which is currently under review [SUB201500039]. Also included is the filled SWM /BMP agreement form.
Our attorney suggests that we would record the plat with the certificate of plat, then the deeds of easement would
reference that recordation (rather than having plat recorded multiple times).
