I'd revise note #18 to state: `All public storm drain easements are hereby dedicated to public use- Notably I believe there is only ONE public drainage easement which engineering signed off on as being public, all others should be private- Geed changes: 1) On the Deed of Dedication make the corrections Greg requested (Being the review cover letter from Greg is not checked as `Conditionally approved and ready for circulation for signatures...' This was not found - 3_ Note 21 on the first page does not appear correct- No mitigation plan has been submitted nor approved for buffer disturbance across lots 83 to 93, and there would be a limit of any disturbance within the first 50' (feet) of the buffer. This was not found - 3_ The stream buffer per Chapter 17Article VI is 100'_ Please remove the 50' line from the plat_ Please remove note 21, which is incorrect- I have informed the applicant that if they wish to have a formal stream assessment performed, the limits of the buffer could be re- evaluated- Article VI also contains provision for disturbing the landward 50' of buffer where necessary- provided a mitigation plan is approved.
