Easement Plat
Dear Ellie;
Below are responses to the comments in your letter dated January 27,2015. Attached are two copies of the
revised plat.
1. In the title,the property is referenced as Tax Map 45, Section A,Parcel 100B;clarify why `Section
A' is included as that designation doesn't appear to be in the real estate records.
• `Section A' reference has been removed from the title.
2. Add Entrance Corridor(EC) and Airport Impact Area (AIA)to the zoning note.
• The Entrance Corridor and Airport Impact Area have been added to the zoning note.
3. The plat canoe be approved until VDOT and Engineering complete their reviews and grant their
approval. Comments will be forwarded upon receipt.
• VDOT requested the width of the access easement be increased for future connection to the
curb. Copies of the revised plat have been submitted to VDOT and Engineering.

VDOT comments are attached. I also completed my review and have no objection. The plat has been signed and two
copies are at the front desk for you to pick up at your convenience.
I hope to get my review of the site plan completed today or Monday. One of my comments was about getting this
easement plat approved and recorded...so once it's recorded, if you'll provide the recordation documents to me I can
mark that comment satisfied.
