Perez, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: June 26, 2015 Subject: SUB 201500110 Route 231, LLC — BLA The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Subdivision Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 302(B)5] Zoning Classification. On the plat under the Zoning of Tax Map 49 Parcel 18131 and 18132 assure that the approved Special Use Permit numbers [SP2011 -2, SP2012 -18, SP2012 -19, and SP2014- 9] are listed along with a note that Conditions apply. Revise appropriately. 2. [14- 302(B)(1)] General Information. When the plat is revised, please provide the date of the last revision on the plat. Recommendations 3. [Comment] On the plat what is the significance of the asterisks ( *) after various notes? It may be helpful to provide a legend that explains the significance of this punctuation. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14- 229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
