Sheet I
1. 100 year flood plain & stream buffer (labels) appears to indicate identical flood plain and stream buffer
limits. This is not the case (ref. GIS). Label flood plain, stream buffer, and dam break inundation zone
separately, as was done on sheet 2 (ice). (Rev. 1) Addressed.
2. Note 24 — Please specify ownership of Special Lots A & B. (Rev. l) Addressed. "Ownership will be listed
on final plat." (Applicant response /10 -Jun 2015)
3. Note 21 — Reference Article IV (formerly, III) of the comprehensive water resource ordinance, Chapter 17.
(Rev. 1) Addressed.
4. Show (or at least note) private drainage easements for proposed stormwater biofilters, beyond public RW.
(Rev. 1) Addressed. "Easement will be platted on final plat."
5. Estimate ADT: Typical section pavement design appears adequate. Design is adequate for ADT =70 vpd.
