Mr. Perez, I am just checking on the status of the plat. I believe we were waiting on Health Dept.; my understanding is they have sent an Approval Notice to the AOSE who did the Soils work. I have yet to receive approval from the Health Department...(If you have their approval, send it to me and we can move this along). Let me know when this is ready to get County signatures. While the plat has no outstanding comments remaining(other than Health Dept approval), I still need a signed/notarized copy of the plat prior to County signatures. If you want to have the owners sign/notarize the plat and submit it to me,this will help reduce the time it takes to turn around an approved plat once I receive HD approval. Thanks, David David L. As previously discussed on the phone, on page one please remove the text "Revised XX,XX XX(County Comments) ". Other than that, please assure when the final is submitted that the plat is black and white and not in color, as currently there are a lot of red text (I assume that's just to show staff what changes happened between the 1st version and this version, but the signature copies need to be black and white. Just wanted to go on record with that request). As you know the maintenance doc is approved and completed....now all we're waiting on is Health Department approval.
