From: Rachel Falkenstein, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: June 12, 2015 Subject: SUB 201500029 Crozet Development Solutions LLC — Boundary Line Adjustment The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 301(A)] Add match lines to show where sheets join. 2. [14- 302(A)(2)] Amend scale of vicinity map to 1" = 2000'. 3. [14- 302(B)(5)] Include Flood Hazard Overlay District in zoning designation note. 4. [14- 302(B)(5)] Include all applicable proffers, special use permits and variances that apply to the properties. SP1990 -103 Orchard Acres applies to TMP 55C -3 -A to allow a crossing of a floodplain with 2 conditions (see attached approval letter). 5. [14- 302(B)(7)] Include within watershed note that the parcel is within the South Fork Rivanna water supply watershed. Lickinghole Creek is the subwatershed. 6. [14- 302(B)(9)] Do new Tract B and the residue of 15A1 -1 -25 have building sites? If so, include note stating such. 7. [14- 302(B)(9 & 10)] Limits of floodplain and stream buffer do not follow the same line as shown on plat, according to web GIS. Please amend or provide clarification for the discrepancy . 8. [14- 303(A)] Revise statement of consent to division to match language provided on the checklist. 9. [14- 303(D)] Provide the acreage of residue 56- Al -1 -25.
