Dear Ms. Moore:
Mr. Mark Wolf, representing Wolf Property Corporation, requested that we send you a letter of
Zoning Compliance. This letter is to advise you that this property is a legal non- conforming use
with regard to our Zoning Ordinance. The property is currently zoned RA, Rural Areas. The site
plan 1'6r "Wolverly- Midway" was originally approved by the Planning Commission on July 5, 1977
and then amended on May 2, 1978. The cottages were built in compliance with the ordinance in
effect at the time of their construction but are non - conforming with our current ordinance which
was adopted in 1980. For your benefit, I am enclosing Section 6.0, Non conformities, so you may
reference what is allowed in this situation. I
The Department of Zoning is unaware of and has received no notice of violations of the Zoning
Ordinance with regard to this property.
