Type Refacing of an existing freestanding sign Materials Travertine, aluminum, paint Location Existing location near building #100 Base Existing stepped brick base to remain (no changes) Cabinet 3'4" tall x 5'0" long x 6" deep Text "Cavalier Crossing "; each line of text approximately 6" tall x 2' 6" long Colors Cabinet Travertine Text Orange (Pantone 1645) and blue (Pantone 288) letter faces Graphic Two interlocked Cs in orange (Pantone 1645) and blue (Pantone 288) Illumination None You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require a new application and additional review. Please note that this approval does not include the sign proposed for the Old Lynchburg Road location or the sign near the guard rail along 5' Street Extended. The Old Lynchburg Road sign is not expected to be visible from the Entrance Corridor, so ARB review /approval is not required for that sign. The sign shown near the guard rail along 5' Street Extended is in the right -of -way and would require VDOT approval.
