Subject: SUB 201500096 Wintergreen Farm Emergency Access — Easement
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(2)] Provide scale of vicinity map. Scale should be 1'= 2000 ".
2. [14- 302(A)(3)] Label Hayrake Lane as a public street and provide Route number (Rt 1271).
3. [14- 302(B)(5)] Amend zoning note for TMP 76 -49B to include Flood Hazard Overlay. Zoned is also
misspelled.
4. [Comment] TMP 76R -1 -B is a special lot for open space and is not required to have a building site.
Please revise building site note on sheet 1.
5. [14- 303(B)] Provide acreages of TMP 76 -49B and 76R -1 -B.
6. [14- 303(C)] Provide boundary dimensions of northern property line of TMP 76R -1 -B on either side of
the new easement.
7. [Comment] This subdivision cannot be approved until Fire /Rescue and VDOT complete their reviews.
Comments, if any, will be forwarded upon receipt.
8. [Comment] The County Attorney has reviewed the Deed of Easement and has no objection. A final
copy of deed with applicant's signatures can now be submitted.
