Ellie,
The Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) has reviewed the applications referenced above. I hereby recommend
approval of SUB201500097. The ACSA will review and comment on the final plat once the utility plan approval has been
granted by the ACSA.
I hereby recommend approval of SDP201500027 with the following conditions:
• Offsite easements will be required. Prior to acquiring the easements an ACSA review and approval of the deeds
and plats is required.
• The applicant shall submit 3 sets of the utility plan, when available, to the attention of Jeremy Lynn, PE, at the
ACSA. Water and sewer data sheets shall accompany the submission.
Let me know if you have any questions. I have copied Scott Collins and will bring copies of the comments to the SRC
meeting.
