And Greenspace — undeveloped areas. ENTRANCE CORRIDOR: YES LOCATION: The property, described as Tax Map Parcel 078E00000000A0, is located on Via Florence Road and Fontana Drive Extended, adjacent to Fontana Subdivision Phase 4B. TAX MAP/PARCEL: 078E00000000A0 This development proposal is scheduled for the Site Review Committee meeting on the date listed below. The applicant's attendance is not mandatory, although it may be requested by the County. Regardless of whether the applicant will be attending, the County staff will be available for consultation on the Site Review Committee meeting date at 10:00 a.m., in Room 235 of the County Office Building on McIntire Road in Charlottesville. This meeting will be an informal session with the Site Review Committee to discuss issues and share information. The development proposal will be reviewed and approved, subject to compliance with applicable ordinances, by the Site Review Committee. To assure the file information is ready for your viewing and to allow staff to be available to help with any questions,we encourage you to schedule a viewing time.
