PLEASE NOTE: A CHECKED BOX MEANS THESE CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOUR SIGN APPROVAL • This does not include the tenant panel in the freestanding monument sign. An ARB application and approval would be required for the tenant panel. • The proposed window signs do not require ARB approval because they do not exceed twenty -five percent (25 %) of the total area of the window or door.
