design and materials, as proposed and listed above, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the
applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any
changes in the approved sign or materials will require a new application and additional review.
PLEASE NOTE: A CHECKED BOX MEANS THESE CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOUR SIGN APPROVAL

This does not include the tenant panel in the freestanding monument sign. An ARB application and
approval would be required for the tenant panel.

The proposed window signs do not require ARB approval because they do not exceed twenty -five
percent (25 %) of the total area of the window or door. (See County Code 4.15.6 (18) for more
information)
