Hello Glenn,
I contacted FEMA again about this and it appears that you do NOT need to review this file. I had mistakenly
annotated the firm to include the a portion of floodway which of course we are not amending. That is what
triggered the question. I have sent in the correct annotated firm which they tell me will fix the issue.
As of now, I do not believe you need to consider my prior communication on this matter. Sony about the
mixup.

Hello Glenn,

Doesn't make sense to me since . en't amendi that our claiming any incorrect location of
the floodway(like we did at stone cr= village).,
I filled out the LOMA online so i don't reall ave a copy of that, but i have attached the
documents I sent to FEMA. Basically we . 'ju dealing with existing grade right now and will
file a LOMA-F (that will need your signa' e for ' e) once the fill is placed in block 5. to a
point at which the floodplain is actually. ended.
Please let me know if you need anyt'4ng else from me in . der to sign the form. A scan of the
signed copy is all that i would nee+ sack from you so i can u• sad to FEMA.
Thanks!

Hello Glenn,
Following up on my email of last week, FEMA says that anytime a portion of a parcel is within the regulatory
floodway that the community official must sign the acknowledgement form. Doesn't make sense to me since we
aren't amending that our claiming any incorrect location of the floodway(like we did at stone creek village).
I filled out the LOMA online so i don't really have a copy of that, but i have attached the documents I sent to
FEMA. Basically we are just dealing with existing grade right now and will file a LOMA-F (that will need your
signature for sure) once the fill is placed in block 5. to a point at which the floodplain is actually amended.
Please let me know if you need anything else from me in order to sign the form. A scan of the signed copy is all
that i would need back from you so i can upload to FEMA.
Thanks!
