Date: April 27, 2015 at 1:13:11 PM EDT Justin, Right—that deed provides that the developer will construct the trails, and the County will maintain them after grant/dedication: 3. ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE GREENWAY. A. Public access trails. The Grantor shall construct trails through the Property as shown on Sheet 7 of the Application Plan. The Grantor shall construct such trails to the standards for a Class B trail. The Grantee may establish and maintain, in its sole discretion, and at its expense,either Class A or Class B trails as set forth in the County's Design Standards Manual. The trails shall be available for pedestrians and bicyclists. B. Improvements. The Grantee may establish and maintain the following improvements on the Property: (1) appropriate trail surfaces, foot bridges and associated trail structures and culverts; (2) trail markers and signs along all trails and at all points of access; (3) barriers, fences and gates to prevent motorized vehicular access into the Park; (4) benches for the 1 convenience and comfort otthe public; and (5) all other improvements that are reasonable for a public access trail. C. Ownership of improvements. All improvements within the Property established by the Grantee shall be and remain the property of the Grantee. If Rebecca needs a copy of the deed, it's attached.
