I have received Health Department approval of each of the three subdivision applications
(SUB2015-15, 16, and 17 Kishore J Shah plats). Also, as you know we have also received
VDOT approval of all entrances (via D. Seale 3-20-15 email).
Please provide all applicable maintenance agreements referenced in the comment letters.
