The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference,
which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(1)] Name of subdivision. There appears to be a typo in the title; Parcel W is referenced as 2.58
acres in the title while it is noted as 2.85 acres on the plat itself. Please verify and revise.
2. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. There appears to be a typo in Note D; it refers to
the residue of TMP 58 -65A1 when it should reference TMP 58 -65A5.
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is
kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which
may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14- 229(8) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a
revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the
application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
