[14- 302(A)(2)] Add scale for vicinity map. Scale should be 1" = 2000'. 2. [14- 302(A)(9)] Include building site note (see checklist or this section of the ordinance for required language). 3. [14- 302(A)(9)] Amend division rights note to conform to language in this section of the ordinance (language also provided on checklist). The second part of this note stating "the future parcel fronting on Route 794 shall have access only to route 794" should be deleted. This will be evaluated at time of future subdivision per current ordinance requirements. 4. [14- 302(A)(7)] Include notes stating that property is not within water supply watershed and that property is not within an agricultural - forestal district. 5. [14- 303(A)] Revise statement of consent to division to match language provided on the checklist. The second part of this note "and is not submitted for the purpose of circumventing the subdivision ordinance of Albemarle County, VA" can be deleted.
