Good Afternoon Matthew,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I do remember the site very well and my review of your existing entrance as
you were requesting a review for this division. I have reviewed the site one more time just to make sure that nothing
had changed. This existing entrance is approved for a private entrance to serve two parcels. The current entrance meets
the minimum VDOT private entrance standards with sight distance and is approved for a two lot access as requested
with no upgrades needed. If you should have any other questions or concerns please let me know.

Did you receive my email below requesting that you contact Ellie Ray regarding my subdivision of a parcel at
4527 Advance Mills Road? The plat of the proposed subdivision is attached. Please let me know what I need
to do, if anything, to expedite this process. When we met last Fall, you seemed content with the road entrance
and visibility. I am hoping that your approval can be quickly communicated to Ellie, now that we finally have a
plat in hand. Thanks for your help with this.
