This memo has been prepared in response to the bond estimate request, received on 26 June 2015,
for the North Point sanitary sewer extension plans. This request appears to be invalid. It does not
appear to contain the required signatures of property owners. The properties affected on the plan
are;

03200- 00- 00 -006AO University of Virginia Foundation
Easements to CWH Properties are in the file for parcels 22L and 22I. The easement on file for 6A
is not to CWH Properties. There is no information regarding who is authorized to sign for CWH
Properties. The signatures on the document all appear to be same, and are illegible.
The original approval of the Sanitary Sewer Extension has expired according to County Code 17-
424. There is no provision for extension. I have read in the correspondence record how staff
desired to grant an extension, and this can be honored by use of the previously approved plan.
However, a new application and fee are required, and a new file will be created.
Please provide a new WPONSMP application and fee. The fee will be a modification of the
permit and SWPPP. Modify the SWPPP to remove all items which are not within the disturbed
area of the Sanitary Sewer Extension Plan. The plan indicates that the disturbed area is 2.66 acres.
The SWPPP and the grading permit will be only for this 2.66 acres as shown on the plans. There
is no stormwater management requirement with this linear sewer project. There are no other
disturbed areas, and no approved WPO plans.
