Moving truck/equipment rental services are permitted under Storage/Warehousing/ Distribution/Transportation. • The abutting zoning districts include HC, Commercial ("C-1), Planned Development Mixed Commercial ("PDMC"), Planned Development Shopping Center ("PDSC"), and Rural Area ("RA"). There are additional setbacks regulations that apply to the property line that abuts the RA zoning but no other abutting zoning district. • The property was developed, under several approved site plans. The initial site plan SDP1997-00089 was approved on July 21, 1997 and an amendment SDP1999-00072 was approved on October 11, 1999. • To our knowledge there are no open or unresolved zoning or building code violations for the Property. • To our knowledge there are no variances or special permits issued for the Property. • The Property was issued multiple building permits and associated certificates of occupancy.
