Good Afternoon Kris,
I have reviewed these driveway entrance locations in the field with you and have approved an existing private driveway
entrance for continued use on Lot 2 containing 3.051 acres and Lot 1 will have an approved location which will require a
private driveway entrance permit from VDOT prior to construction of this new entrance. The access for these lots will
remain on Burton Lane. If you should have any question or concerns please let me know,
