The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference,
which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(9)(1)] General information. It appears the north point on sheet 2 is incorrect; verify and revise, if
necessary.
Revl : Comment addressed.
2. [14 -309 & 14 -310] Soil evaluations & Health director approval of septic systems. Please submit soils
evaluations for Health Department review; the plat cannot be approved until their approval is received.
Revl : Comment not fully addressed. Soils evaluations were submitted and forwarded to VDH on
7/21/15; the plat cannot be approved until their approval is received.
3. [14 -316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. Please provide VDOT approval of the proposed
entrance(s) and dedication.
Revl : Comment addressed.
4. [Comment] The area of right -of -way dedication is referenced as 0.099 ac on the cover, but 0.100 ac on the
plat itself; please clarify. The numbers were consistent on the previous submittal.
