The Old Trail Vivab4 Black 27 F ;nitl S ;tz: Plan and Rona Plans, dated July 1. 2015- have been
reviewed and we offer the following comments:
1. The seal, on Sheet 1 _ should Ne signed or marked as "preliminary'
2. Sheet 4:
a. The "variable width Drainage Eaae.cnt" for stoum 3t,, ucture 200 should be
labeled as public.
b. Stol►n 5tLucture 218 should also have a "Public Variable width urainase
Easement" prvv;aed.
3. Sheet 3 and Sheet a:
a. The intersection Sight Distance for /-:) ivirH is 280 -.
i. Belgr -uve: Fennel Road right sight 3istance and Oldham urive signt
distance left anould be updatea accordingly.
ii. Onun Lunt: Fennerl Rona Sight distance left and Oldham Drive sight
distance right should be urdat45 accordingly.

4. Sheet 8:
