Subject: SUB 201500131 Seminole North — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(3)] Provide the width of Route 29.
2. [14- 302(A)(4)] Previous plats of this property show a shared private street easement, a sewer
easement and a water line easement along the northern property line (db 3963 p 704). Do these
easements no longer exist? If so, provide proof of abandonment. If not, please show all existing
easements on the plat and label dimensions, deed book and page number and name of owner of
record.
3. [14- 302(8)(5)] The property is within the following zoning overlay districts: Entrance Corridor, Flood
Hazard Overlay and Airport Impact Area. Include overlays within zoning note.
4. [14- 302(8)(7)] This property is not within a water supply watershed. Remove or amend this note.
According to web -GIS this property is within the North Fork Rivanna Watershed.
