Subject: SUB 201500130 Parcel X — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(2)] Provide a scale for the vicinity map. Scale should be 1 "= 2000'.
2. [14- 302(A)(3)] Provide the width of Doylesville Road.
3. [14- 302(A)(9)] Include building site note on plat (see checklist or this section of the ordinance for
required language).
4. [14- 302(A)(10)] Include development rights note on plat (see checklist or this section of the ordinance
for required language).
5. [14- 302(B)(2)] Include name of plat preparer on plat.
6. [14- 302(B)(7)] Include notes as to whether property is within an agricultural - forestal district and water
supply watershed. The property is not within an agricultural - forestal district. Property is within the
South Fork Rivanna Water Supply Watershed.
7. [14- 302(B)(10)] The plat from 2001 (db 2001 p 44) shows a stream buffer on this property. Please
show stream buffer on property and include stream buffer note (see checklist or this section of the
ordinance for required language).
8. [14 -309] Provide soils evaluations for Health Department approval for both lots.
9. [14 -312] Show the location of all existing buildings within 50 feet of the proposed lot line.
