Haden c/o Kirk Hughes & Associates 220 East High Street Charlottesville, VA 22901 Re: Hayden Property TM 85, Parcel 27 and TM 86, Parcel 4 (Lots 11-25) OFFICIAL DETERMINATION OF PARCEL OF RECORD Dear Sir: This letter serves to confirm in writing for the record, my official determination on the above -noted property as to the "parcels of record." The lots as enumerated above and as shown on the "Composite Map Curtis A.'Haden, Jr. Lands" revised January 21, 1980 by Higgs & Shumate, exist as legally separate "parcels of record." In accordance with Section 10.3.1 and 10.5.1, each lot is entitled to respective development rights as parcels of record on the date of adoption of the ordinance. This is based on the above -noted plat and signed certificate of subdivision. Bill Fritz of the Planning Department states this subdivision without County approval is lawful as an "exempt" plat. However, the transaction involving lot #26 with 15.4 acres, parcel 4A, is not recognized as valid. This is due to the absence of written consent by parcel 4A owner on the certificate of subdivision. The 21.9 acres labelled as lot 26 does not exist as a separate lot, and needs resolution. Our records will be revised to reflect this determination. Sincerely, Amelia M.
