Box 7213 Charlottesville, VA 22906 oFc 7 MD PLANNING DIVISION RE: OFFICIAL DETERMINATION OF PARCELS OF RECORD AND DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS (Section 10.3.1), Tax Map 17, Parcel 18 Dear Mr. Gercke: This shall confirm in writing for the record my official determination of the number of parcels in existence, and the related development rights for the above -noted property. This is the same property for which you have submitted a subdivision plat entitled Fieldstone, Preliminary Subdivision dated November 5, 1990, which is currently under review by the County. This determination is pursuant to Section 10.3.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance and includes consideration based on the definition of "lot of record" found in Section 3.0. It is my opinion that the above -noted property consisting of one (1) tax map parcel number, consists in fact of five (5) lots of record. Each of these five lots is entitled to development rights based on acreage and building sites. A breakdown of each lot of record and theoretical development rights is as follows: SOURCE ACREAGE DEV.
