Dear Mehring Family Limited Partnership:
I am enclosing two cases that deal with issues of separate and combined
parcels; Virginia E. Faison, et. al. v. Union Camp Corporation, et. al. and
Diversified Development Co. v. Houchang Sendi and Eloise Sendi. I am also
enclosing a slope study of your property. The shaded area indicates slopes of
25% and greater. Please be aware that development rights associated with
parcels are theoretical. In order to utilize a development right, it is necessary to
demonstrate that there is a building site of 30,000 square feet on slopes less
than 25%.
